Important information about the new version of SEND on March 19.


As communicated earlier, Compello SEND transitioned to Visma Amili SEND on January 1. In light of this, a new branded version of the SEND Dashboard and Portals, including the Transaction Portal, Admin Portal, and Dashboard will be launched March 19th.

In addition, please note that SEND has moved to a new Status page, status.amili.no

Information regarding this is also sent by mail to many users.

What is new?


Functionality remains the same, but you will notice updates in colors, logos, and the relocation of a few icons in the menu.

Username and password must be re-authenticated


Since your user account is migrating to Amili, you will need to re-authenticate it. This will only take a few minutes, and involves creating your username and password again and logging in as usual.
Please note:
- Ensure you use the same username as before.
- You can keep your previous password if preferred (if it meets the necessary security requirement).

When you access the SEND Dashboard or Portals on the launch day, the registration process will start. Note: The communication will be in English only, as we are unable to retain your previous language preferences.

This is how you do it:


1. Log in to your SEND portal, and attempt to log in as usual.

(This step is necessary to differentiate between verified users and those logging in for the first time.)
2. Click "Reset your password."
3. Enter your username (email address) and click "Send verification code."
4. A code will be sent to your email address.
5. To verify your email account, enter the code and click "Verify code."
6. Your email account is now verified - click "Continue."
7. Enter your (new) password and confirm it.
8. Log in again with your username and new password.
9. You are now ready to use the new Amili SEND version!
